These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of BIGTIFY NET, a service provided by BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
BIGTIFY NET provides a free internet speed testing tool. You may use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not interfere with, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service, or attempt to access unauthorized areas.
The BIGTIFY NET service may also be accessed through Chrome and Firefox browser extensions. Use of the browser extension is governed by these Terms & Conditions.
When using the BIGTIFY NET browser extension, internet speed tests may be performed directly within the extension interface. Results are provided for informational purposes only and may vary based on network conditions, device performance, or external factors.
We aim to provide accurate measurements of your internet speed. Results may vary depending on your device, network conditions, or temporary connectivity issues. Absolute accuracy is not guaranteed.
The speed test uses a third-party service provided by Cloudflare, Inc.
When you run a speed test, your device connects directly to Cloudflare’s servers. Cloudflare may receive your IP address, network performance data (such as download speed and latency), and basic technical information needed to complete the test. BIGTIFY NET does not have access to any data collected by Cloudflare during the speed test. By using the service, you acknowledge that Cloudflare handles your data according to their Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with Cloudflare, Inc.
You agree to use the service responsibly. This includes using the tool only to measure internet performance, not overloading the website, not attempting to disrupt Cloudflare servers, and not engaging in any hacking, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
BIGTIFY NET is provided without guarantees. We do our best to provide accurate speed measurements and reliable service, but we cannot promise perfect results or uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for any issues, including inaccurate results, temporary downtime, or loss of data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved under Sri Lankan law, regardless of your location.
